Undergoing a $12 million renovation in 2006, Allegria
Spa was expanded to 30,000 sq. ft. Encompassing
23 treatments rooms, 4 deluxe suites for two, a co-ed
mineral pool, steam room, sauna, the ultra-modern
Kinesis weight-training system, an enhanced fitness
center, hardwood floor yoga studio and a beauty salon
and boutique.
The unique spa experience begins with "Aqua Sanitas", or healing waters, a self-guided water ritual based on ancient European traditions now in a modern setting. Infused throughout with essences of indigenous Colorado wildflowers and herbs, Aqua Sanitas is defined by an extraordinary co-ed, juniper-scented hot mineral pool at the center of the water oasis. Caldaria steam rooms bathe the body with heat, comfort and the aroma of spruce. The cascata, a vigorous rainfall shower rinses and refreshes. Providing a unique relaxing warm sanctuary, the tepedarium features heated tiled loungers and a place to repose. Four deluxe suites offer an intimate spa experience, each with a pair of massage tables and its own signature virtue: side-by-side Vichy showers, an immense granite soaking tub, a steam shower for two, or cozy fireplaces with elegant and comfortable furnishings.
